Aceclofenac + paracetamol tablets combine two medicines generally used to reduce pain and inflammation in humans. The fact that the tablet is a merged combination of two of the most popular, common, and effective medicines, aceclofenac and paracetamol, is what makes the drug so effective. Thus, it assists in reducing pain and also lowers the body temperature.

The tablet works under the same principle of reducing inflammation, fever, and pain. However, these medicines work best as a blocking factor of chemical messengers that send signals to the brain about pain, fever, and inflammation (swelling with redness)
